OxyHelp Review: OxyLife I & C Series
Researched and scored by Alex Evans. Last reviewed August 2026. Corrections are dated and public. See corrections
OxyHelp scores 91 / 100, the highest Vault Score in the hyperbaric category. Its OxyLife line runs from a $55,500 home capsule to a $220,900 six-seat clinic chamber, every model on the same tested aluminum shell platform.
OxyHelp is a Romanian manufacturer selling aluminum hard-shell chambers in over 40 countries. We scored the two home capsules and five clinic models against our 27 criteria; this review covers what the spec sheets say, what they leave out, and who these chambers are actually right for.
Who should buy it
Home users who want hard-shell safety engineering without US-medical pricing, and clinics that need modular installation: the C-series assembles from modules that fit through normal building access, which matters more than any brochure spec once you get a delivery quote.
Who shouldn't
Anyone needing 3.0 ATA medical treatment protocols, and anyone on a sub-$20k budget; our budget-path notes in the ranking cover the honest alternatives.

Pros and cons
- Pro: Cylindrical aluminum shells tested to 150 kPa, operating at 50 kPa above ambient, about 1.5 ATA
- Pro: Automatic ear pressure relief and O2/CO2 monitoring standard on every model
- Pro: Modular C-series install; no crane, no wall demolition
- Con: No 3.0 ATA option; medical facilities running deep protocols need US medical-grade units
- Con: EU manufacture means longer lead times to North America than domestic brands
