Privacy

We collect one thing: what you tell us in the Get Matched form. We pass it to the manufacturer you ask to be introduced to. That is the entire purpose.

What we collect

When you complete Get Matched we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your answers about buyer type, space, electrical supply, budget and timeline, and any notes you write. We also record which page you were reading when you started, so we know which of our pages are useful.

If you only read the site, we collect no personal information. We set no advertising cookies and run no ad network. Your referring page is held in your browser's own session storage and is sent to us only if you submit the form.

Who we share it with

The manufacturer or supplier you ask to be introduced to, so they can quote you. We tell you which company that is before you submit. We also use a customer relationship tool to hold the enquiry and email and hosting providers to operate the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone you did not ask to be introduced to.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages lead to enquiries. It records your approximate location, device and pages viewed. It does not receive your name, email address or phone number.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for three years, because buying a chamber often takes a year or more from first research to purchase. Analytics data expires after 14 months.

Your choices

Write to info@wellnessvaults.com and we will send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you those rights explicitly, along with the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We have no financial incentive programs and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.

Children

The site is for adults buying equipment. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this page changes materially we date the change on the corrections page, the same way we handle changes to a review. Last updated August 2026.
